Very interesting. I enjoyed listening to Sharon and will definitely be trying sun gazing in some fashion. I will do a little more research on it but I just like the idea of making a conscious effort to be out with the sun each day.

Sun Gazing. She knows her subject having practiced on it herself. I am planning to give it a try too, starting gradually as she advises makes good sense to me Sharon did inform everyone who had registered to her class about the correct time to make sure we all could attend as expected, I do appreciate.
