I really loved this webinar, lots of very special information!

This webinar was amazing! I learned so much and could listen again and again to absorb more. Some golden nuggets include: 1. The reflection of a narcissist is that you don't want to take up too much space. **** I want to learn much more about this as I have had many of those in my life. 2. If you want people to share with you, you need to share with them first. I generally share a bunch in safe circles and people share with me back. 3. Alessandro recommended that I start telling my daughter all about my day in detail. She would normally say "I don't know" and be super quiet each day when I ask her about how her day was. I did this and she would not stop talking. She went on and on and gave me a play by play of every aspect of her day in great detail. This was the first day of doing this. The second day I told her I wanted to tell her about my day and she said no she was going to tell me about hers. This is a massive shift. Thank you!!!!!!

This webinar was amazing and I got so many nuggets in this one webinar. I am going through it a second time to get even more from it. My take aways were not falling for the healers trap, eating too much junk food 🙈 is not being fulfilled in life, and asking well planted questions.

I’m so glad this series is back!! So many great tools to implement in all areas of life. Every single piece felt so specific and relevant to my life. Thank you!! Can’t wait for the next one.
