The Power of the Pause

Often in life we are met with a “forced pause” – a diagnosis, a health crisis, or other crisis that comes without notice. When we gift ourselves space and time to pause and evolve toward the person we desire to be, we are better able to meet hardship and crisis with a deeper understanding of our needs and can find the reliance that lies within us.
